The active registration requirements include a username of 6 to 13 letters or numbers, a password of 6 to 12 letters or numbers, and a payee name of 3 to 26 characters. Providing false or misleading details may lead to account cancellation, restrictions, or the withholding of benefits connected with the account.

• Each person may hold only one PH44 account unless PH44 expressly permits otherwise. Creating, controlling, or using duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in account review, removal from promotions, suspension, or closure.

• Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts may result in the closure of all related accounts and the removal of associated rewards.

PH44 games use RNG, or Random Number Generator, technology. Game results are random and are not set in advance or influenced by a member’s previous results.

• If a connection is lost during a game, PH44 may not be responsible for interruptions caused by the member’s network or device. Where supported by the game system, the round may be settled automatically according to the recorded game state.
• If a technical issue produces an incorrect payout, PH44 may review the relevant records and correct the error in accordance with the applicable terms.

• Taking part in suspicious, fraudulent or otherwise irregular activity.
• An instruction or order issued by a court or competent regulatory authority.

You may ask PH44 to close your account at any time. Any eligible remaining balance will be reviewed and handled in line with the applicable withdrawal, verification and account-closure requirements.

PH44 will not be responsible for the matters set out below.

• PH44 is not responsible for interruptions to games or transactions caused by a loss of internet connection.
• PH44 is not liable for errors, processing issues, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical faults, maintenance, or server downtime may affect access to the service.
• PH44 will not be responsible for losses resulting from a user's own negligence, incorrect information, or failure to follow the stated procedures.
• PH44 is not responsible for losses linked to unauthorised third-party websites, applications, software, or other unofficial tools.
